Raymaz is nearly 6 months old and growing up as a pretty cool lady: with elegant legs, calm eyes and a calm composure she explores the world around her...her easyness and confidence already inspiring me day by day.
Yesterday I invited her for our first walk away from our stable valley, leaving her mother, brother and new found friend to go on a walk in this impressive world with her 2 legged care taker...no halter, just a wide rope around her neck in order to let her be as free in her choice to come and seek my company. It took a little urging, but she soon felt safe and happy to walk along. Till she heard her mother shout...whoopla...what am I doing? Again reconnecting, inviting her into the deep sand, a place she knows well for fun running around....and once I settled into the space with her, there she came running with me. So good: we are expanding our relationship of trust!
So, we wandered back to the stable, on the path I took the rope of her and started moving faster, she came happily trotting after me, shouting to her mother she was coming while trotting behind this 2 legged species...which meant she liked my company at liberty. I'm in love!
